We offer FREE local Returns & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us free of charge and we will either repair / replace it or credit your account via gift voucher, subject to the terms below. This policy applies to products bought from non-european® Online store only.
1. Goods submitted for return / exchange will only be accepted if:
You log the return / exchange on the website within 10 days from date of purchase
It is in its original condition – undamaged and unused – with the original labels and stickers still attached
It is in the original packaging
Is not missing any accessories or parts
2. No Cash Refunds are available.
3. Returns / exchanges are not available on goods that have been specifically made or ordered, altered, damaged, misused or if the damage amounts to ordinary wear and tear.
4. Claims of defects / damages or the wrong goods, unless clearly visible, will be subject to investigation prior to the provision of a remedy – please email [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the product and we will take care you.

Any deviation from this policy may result in a 15% handling fee.
If you return a product that does not comply with this policy, you may be liable to reimburse non-european® for the cost of collecting the product from you and the cost of having the product returned to you.
Courier Fees for REFUNDS are for the customer’s account.
Courier Fees for returns / exchanges of SALE GOODS will be for the customer’s account.
